Laurentian Chapter organizes the oldest house and garden tour in Ottawa, having brought the concept to Ottawa in 1961, but it has a new idea. Following the success of its 50th annual House and Garden Tour - which focused for the first time on historical houses in the neighbourhood of New Edinburgh - Laurentian Chapter has chosen another old Ottawa neighbourhood as the focus for its next tour. A two-day event, on Friday and Saturday, in Sandy Hill will include a number of open houses and wonderful gardens, as well music, refreshments and expert interpretation. Funds will go to help end violence against women. Tickets available now! |
